The Titirangi Experience

The Titirangi golf course was designed in 1927 by world renowned golf course architect Dr. Alister MacKenzie, and is the only MacKenzie-designed course in New Zealand. Other MacKenzie courses include icons such as Augusta, Cypress Point and Royal Melbourne.

Located just 20 minutes from Auckland's CBD, and 20 minutes from the airport, in stunning bushland between the lower slopes of the Waitakere Ranges and the Manukau harbour, Titirangi is one New Zealand's marquee courses, selected for their quality, location, scenery, architecture and appeal for discerning golfers.

US Links magazine, US Golf Digest, Robb Report and top100golfcourses all rate Titirangi as the best course in Auckland, and in the top 7 in the country.

In te reo Maori, Titirangi means ‘fringe of heaven’ and there is indeed something heavenly about playing this beautiful course. No two holes are the same, and with each of its four par-3s facing a different compass point, the testing bunkers, rolling fairways, and undulating greens, you experience a delicious challenge on every hole.

Come and experience the history and genius of Alister MacKenzie. So close to the city, Titirangi is an easy first stop on any golfer’s New Zealand itinerary. If you're visiting from overseas we recommend you book your round in advance.
